What are you waiting for?Apply today!Job SummaryThe Carry-Out / Delivery Specialist will be the lead front of house team member ensuring all carryoutand delivery orders are properly entered and closed in the system, packaged, completed, and passed offfor our main restaurant and virtual kitchens. You will be working as a team member with other front ofhouse employees and kitchen employees to help exceed guest expectations and ensure quality productand service in an efficient manner.Primary Responsibilities:Expedite, organize, verify and pack take-out & delivery ordersCoordinate incoming take-out & delivery ordersWork with multiple technologies to facilitate take-out orders (POS, tablet, kitchen system)Answer phonesCoordinate multiple third-party vendor take-out orders (example: GrubHub, Door Dash,UberEats)General carry-out responsibilitiesUse quality checklist to inspect each take-out/delivery order meets quality standardsKnow all food and beverage products offeredAssist with keeping the restaurant and front entryway clean and safeAccurately quote available pick up timeCreate a great first and last impression for our Guests and delivery partner driversBe cheerful, helpful and take accurate phone messages and ordersHandle multiple payment methods including safe and accurate cash handlingThis job description is a summary and not all inclusive of position duties and responsibilities.Minimum Requirements:Clear written and verbal communication skillsPhysical ability to carry out job functionsMust be able to responsibly handle cash transactionsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team memberto successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
