Location: Santa Ana, California Type: Contract Job #102765 Logistics Specialist Job Type: W2 Contract Assignment Length: 17 weeks Work Location: Santa Ana, CA, USA Work Schedule: Fully onsite - Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Language Preference: Korean bilingual preferred, but not required Pay Rate: $35 - $36.50 per hour Job Summary The primary function of this role is to ensure smooth collection and validation of data, documents, and invoices. The position involves frequent communication via email with logistics colleagues, business partners, internal teams, and customers, utilizing logistics background or knowledge to support daily operations. Job Responsibilities Collect data and documents to support departmental projects and activities Examine documents, materials, and data to ensure conformance to established standards Coordinate and execute special projects and ancillary services Work in a continuous improvement mindset within a highly matrixed environment Perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications General knowledge of logistics operations related to the assigned area; limited knowledge of overall logistics operations Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word High degree of accuracy and efficiency; detail?oriented Ability to work on problems of limited and routine scope requiring predefined solutions Ability to read, interpret, and understand shipping and order documentation to ensure accurate preparation of transportation documents Exercises judgment within defined practices and policies when selecting methods and solutions Experience using SAP Intermediate to high proficiency in Excel, with emphasis on managing large data sets Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience 3-4 years of related experience preferred (not required) Top Skills Industry Knowledge Analytics Data Management #LI-MH1 #INDPRO
