We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator, someone who's ready to grow with our company. In this position, you'll be responsible for all logistics operations in Shipping & Receiving.Think you've got what it takes?Job Duties & Responsibilities• Responsible for day-to-day operations of shipping and receiving• Handles issues arising in shipping and receiving• Ensures materials are loaded and unloaded correctly and safely• Ensures orders being shipped out are sent with the correct materials• Works closely with the Operations Manager, all Coordinators at Y.E.S., Project Managers, the Sales Department, and the Shipping/Receiving Lead Person• Keeps the Shipping/Receiving area clean and organized• Coordinates with the team on pickups and delivery of materials• Provides a safe workplace• Participates in required safety programs and works in a safe manner• Performs additional duties assigned by the managerSkills & Requirements• High school diploma or equivalent required• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred. • Leadership • Vision • Competitiveness • Drive• Strong accountability and initiative• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Advanced problem-solving capabilities• Previous experience and demonstrated success in team leadership and leader development• Deep understanding of the EPG packaging design business• Detailed understanding of financial and operational metrics, and the ability to impact them• Minimum two years in design role• Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives
