Description Your Role: The Brand Operation Coordinator is responsible for the support functions that enable efficient Product Development meetings and execution. The operations Coordinator is responsible for Design Model bookings & invoicing, managing seasonal sample transfers between locations, physical set up/tear down of Milestone Meeting props and work session set ups. The Role will partner with Operations leads on meeting planner management and execution. Your Impact: * Responsible for maintaining Meeting Attendee Master List with live updates for new associates and changing roles * Support Director in publishing Milestone meeting planners in Outlook * Partner with Project Manager to publish planners for key milestone support mtgs * Manage the receipt and distribution of samples between NY and Columbus offices * Book Models and prepare for proto fittings and show backs with Design * Submit and Track invoices for Model Fittings * Ensure Conference Rooms and White Space are prepared for Milestone & Follow Up Meetings - including technology, samples, store fixtures, and managing removal of all meeting set ups * Submit facilities requests during milestone meetings * Responsible for ordering Mintel samples including invoicing and distribution * Assist Director in Managing Semi-Annual Office Clean Up days * Potential travel to Columbus Office for Sample Management Click here for benefit details related to this position. Minimum Salary: $27.60 Maximum Salary: $36.23 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Qualifications Your Experience: * Bachelor's Degree preferred * Extremely detail-oriented and organized * A passion for problem-solving and for identifying and addressing operational opportunities * Ability to quickly adapt to change and thrive in fast-paced environments * Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; must be comfortable communicating with all levels of management * Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion * Proficient in Excel and Outlook (Illustrator & Co Pilot a plus) We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
