This direct hire opportunity is for an Infusion Pharmacy Manager role based in Columbus, OH, with an immediate start. The position requires strong leadership skills in managing pharmacy staff, focusing heavily on training and orientation. Candidates with prior infusion pharmacy experience are highly preferred, though those with specialty pharmacy backgrounds will also be considered. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Administrative on-call duties with schedule flexibility required Key Responsibilities: Oversee pharmacy operations to ensure high-quality, compliant services and adherence to policies and regulations. Maintain compliance with USP 797, USP 800, and state pharmacy board standards. Manage compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring of medications safely and efficiently. Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care plans and revise as necessary. Supervise pharmacy staff including Clinical Pharmacists, Technicians, and Interns through hiring, training, performance management, and team development. Manage controlled substances preparation, distribution, and security. Serve as a drug information resource and support collaboration with physicians and referral sources. Participate in pharmacist on-call rotation and cover shifts as needed. Qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Registered Pharmacist with relevant clinical experience. Active licensure in the state with additional licenses as required. Minimum of 7 years' pharmacy experience, preferably with direct compounding emphasis. Specialty pharmacy or home infusion experience strongly preferred. Postgraduate training is advantageous.
