Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) A community hospital is seeking a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join its inpatient care team. The Med-Surg RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical conditions and post-surgical needs. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status Provide wound care and assist with post-operative recovery Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Active Registered Nurse License (RN) Graduate of an accredited nursing program BLS certification Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg experience Why western Arizona? 1.
