YCS is a dynamic mental/behavioral health organization that is growing rapidly. Sawtelle Lawnridge provides intensive behavioral interventions for children, ages 5-21, with developmental and intellectual disabilities (including autism and co-occurring behavioral. YCS is seeking a highly motivated, professional BCBA for a full time position. We offer: A small a case-load Minimal travel Multidisciplinary Team Approach Administrative Support Flexible schedule CEU allowance & paid recertification Health Insurance package including medical, dental and vision 403-B-403B matching Earned vacation, sick time and additional paid holidays Duties Include but not limited to: * Participate in initial consumer interviews/ assessment. * Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments * Develop Behavior Support Plans & data collection systems * Train staff in implementation of Behavior Support Plans and recommended strategies. * Monitor and provide support for staff in use of ABA strategies and procedures. * Train families in implementation of Behavior Support Plans and recommended strategies. * Work under direction of Vice President of ABA Services Requirements: BCBA Certification Experience required: 1 - 3 years of experience working with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
