Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Mammography Technologist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality digital mammography exams while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and diagnostic accuracy. You'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative setting dedicated to early detection, quality outcomes, and exceptional patient care. Required Skills: * Strong attention to image quality and detail * Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills * Knowledge of radiation safety practices and mammographic positioning techniques * Proficiency with digital mammography equipment and PACS systems * Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs and schedules Required Experience: * Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program * Current ARRT (R) certification and Mammography (M) certification required * Texas MRT license required * Minimum 1 year of mammography experience preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered * CPR certification (BLS) required
