Title: Locum - Physician - OB/GYN Silvis, ILDescription: Genesis Medical Center Silvis is looking for an OB/GYN to fill their need!Schedule:Patient Contact Hours: 24 hour in-house hospital coverage (The locum is required to be onsite for 24-hour stretches)Shifts per month: 6-8 shifts per monthShift length: 24 hours (in-house)Procedure/OR days: As Needed Details:Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes, labor and delivery floor at the Silvis CampusTelehealth: NoServices offered in the practice: Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, circumcisionsNumber of Exam Rooms per provider: N/A (Hospital-based coverage only)Lab & Pharmacy: YesClinic Provider Daily Volume: 10-15 triages a day plus deliveriesAll OB Triages are to be seen by the physician on call.Patient Demographics: Primarily obstetric and gynecologic patientsEMR: CernerJob Responsibilities:Provide 24-hour in house call coverage on the labor & delivery floor, including management of obstetric patients, deliveries, emergency gynecologic cases and inpatient consultations.Bill Rates Needed for Submission:Malpractice (must be included in the rates)OrientationHourly (*** rate cap)Holiday HourlyConversion fee (***k rate cap)Travel Reimbursements:Flights - ***/round trip cap (to include all taxes and fees). No upgraded airfares or seat upgradesLodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay (to include taxes and fees)Rental Car - ***/day cap (including all taxes and fees) regardless of car class.
