Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and practices; skill in assessment and the documentation of therapeutic activities; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to apply professional skills to a wide range of needs; ability to maintain confidentiality; ability to gain the confidence and cooperation of students, families, and teachers; ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and varied skill levels in a collaborative learning environment.
