A leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations in a retail setting. This full-time, direct hire position is based in Mifflinburg, PA, and offers a variable schedule with day and afternoon shifts to maintain flexibility. Responsibilities include maintaining strong collaboration with the store operations team to drive associate engagement and communicate company strategies effectively. The manager ensures compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations by overseeing accurate prescription processing through Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance. Business growth is a key focus, achieved by expanding script volume and implementing clinical programs such as Immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) when available. Key duties involve inventory control, aligning department performance with key metrics, delivering exceptional customer service, supervising pharmacists and support staff, and managing training, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Maintaining pharmacy security, resolving customer concerns, liaising with physicians, and ensuring the pharmacy environment is orderly and compliant with standards are also essential. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree, along with a current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License and Immunization Certification.
