Summary: Operates computed tomography equipment to process cross-sectional images of a patient's body for diagnostic purposes. The hospital: Private, not-for-profit health system Locally founded and managed "Best-In-State Employer" by Forbes Responsibilities: Performs diagnostic CT examinations Screens, prepares, and positions patient for CT procedures Knowledgeable of all CT equipment including the laser camera Evaluates CT studies for quality and completeness Utilizes advanced image manipulations such as 3D rendering, reformation and reconstruction Recognizes and rectifies CT imaging and filming problems Sends images to PACS system Administers contrast media as directed by Radiologist. Job Requirements ARRT-R BLS Certification Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program 1 year of experience is preferred Additional Information Why work with me?
