In this critical direct support role, you will help children build daily living, interpersonal, and community skills based on their individualized Service Plans. Your work will promote independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in home and community life.As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide emotional support, hands-on assistance, and consistent guidance. Responsibilities include implementing goal-based programming, documenting progress, supporting foster families, transporting children to appointments, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings. You will also help maintain safety by providing appropriate physical assistance, monitoring behavior, and ensuring children are never left unsupervised.
