This licensed clinician works closely within a team-based model to support patients' emotional, psychological, and physical well-being through coordinated, high-quality care.View full job description for more details.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral health screenings and assessments for adolescents and children 5-21 yrs.Provide diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy using a variety of modalitiesOffer short-term behavioral interventions, crisis management, and care coordinationProvide school-based behavioral health support in coordination with school administrators, and teachers.
