Pivotal Health is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented EKG Technician to join our Cardiac Monitoring Center in Melbourne, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rhythm interpretation, critical thinking, and working in a fast-paced clinical environment. If you are comfortable reading ECG rhythm strips and want to be part of a clinical team that makes a real difference, this could be a great opportunity for you. What You'll Do * Analyze ambulatory ECG transmissions and identify arrhythmias * Prepare accurate, physician-ready reports using monitoring software * Ensure timely report completion while maintaining high quality standards * Monitor transmissions and escalate critical findings when necessary * Maintain required certifications and continuing education * Work collaboratively with clinical and operations teams * Support daily workflow and productivity goals in a 24/7 monitoring environment Requirements * High School Diploma required * Completion of a basic ECG course * Ability to interpret ECG rhythm strips independently * Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience * CCT, EMT-B, EMT-P, or RN required * CCT certification required within 90 days of hire if not already certified * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel) * Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills What Makes Someone Successful in This Role * Detail oriented and accurate * Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Dependable and self-motivated * Strong communication skills * Team oriented with a positive attitude * High level of professionalism and integrity About Pivotal Health Pivotal Health provides cardiac and sleep diagnostic services to hospitals and healthcare systems across the country.
