A full-time Behavioral Case Manager position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support high school-aged students during the 26/27 school year in Newark, DE. This contract role offers an opportunity to work with a caseload of approximately 10-20 students, focusing on behavioral intervention and direct student support. Key Responsibilities: Implement and oversee behavioral plans with fidelity. Provide direct support to students to promote positive behavioral outcomes. Instruct and coach teachers on effective behavioral plan implementation. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), taking over responsibilities from the school psychologist. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student needs. Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. National certification preferred. Experience working with high school-aged students. Knowledgeable in behavioral assessment and intervention strategies. Strong communication skills suitable for instructing educators and supporting students. Available for panel interview coordination.
