JOB OBJECTIVE: To organize and supervise all aspects of the summer playground program. Minimum Qualifications: * Ability to develop and implement programs and activities. * Ability to assign and review the work activities of part time workers. * Ability to develop and maintain event schedules. * Ability to collect revenue and keep accurate records for the summer program. * Ability to conduct interviews with applicants for the summer program. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: * Must be a college graduate. * Must be at least 21 years old. * Must have a valid Arkansas Driver's License. * Must have at least four (4) years of paid experience (full-time or part-time) working with children. * Must have at least four (4) years of supervisory or leadership experience.
