Gastroenterologist (MD/DO) - Queens, NY | $500,000 Base + Bonus + ASC Buy-InQueens, NY; Compensation: $500,000 base salary + bonus A fast-growing, well-established Gastroenterology practice in Queens, New York City is seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to join an expanding team.This is a permanent, on-site position with immediate patient volume, strong referral flow, and a long-term path to Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) ownership. Position Details • Full-time, permanent• On-site in Queens, NY• Start ASAP• 8-hour workday• You will be busy immediately• Supportive clinical team including physicians and advanced practice providers Ownership / Long-Term Growth • ASC buy-in available after 2 yearso Gradual buy-in over 5 yearso Up to 10% ownership potential• Potential buy-in to a pathology lab (in development) Benefits • Medical insurance• Profit sharing plano Employer contribution typically $15,000-$30,000/year • Vacation: o 3 weeks Year 1o 4 weeks Year 2+ Responsibilities • Evaluate and treat GI and liver disease patients• Perform endoscopic procedures• Capsule endoscopy experience preferred• Collaborate with clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care Qualifications • MD/DO• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology (preferred)• Active (or eligible) New York State medical license• Strong endoscopy skills• Excellent communication and teamwork
