Job Description

The primary purpose of this position is to provide support and leadership to research projects in collaboration with the various residency programs in Willmar and St. Cloud. The employee in this position is expected to coordinate and implement research protocols, facilitate research at family practice clinics, provide writing and editing support to faculty and residents, and manage other assigned projects that support CentraCare's research mission. The job requires research knowledge as well as flexibility and ability to work on diverse projects, including research studies, practice-based research projects, process improvement studies, and qualitative research studies. This position will work with St. Cloud and Willmar residency clinics as well as with the Research team. This position will be expected to be in clinics they support at least 2 days a week. Schedule: * Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud and Willmar * Day shift | 8am - 4:30pm Pay and Benefits: * Starting pay begins at $61,315.74 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience * Salary range: $61,315.74 - $91,984.56 per year * Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate * Full-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! * Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in science, public health or related field with at least 4 years of research experience required; or master's degree in science, public health or related field with 2 years of experience preferred * Related education and work experience to equal 8 years required * 1-year minimum experience providing clerical support or general office experience is required * Prior experience working with the public is preferred * Experience with participant recruitment and retention in a clinical setting preferred * Demonstrated ability to lead projects, set and maintain deadlines and prioritize assignments * Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing * Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, planning and problem-solving skills CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
