Job DescriptionAs a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with The Menta Education Group, you will assess the development of students, as well as contribute to student IEP's for behavioral growth. Required: Behavior Analyst licensure and BACB certificationThis position would entail local and regional reimbursed travel. Homebase will be in Marion, IL, but will be required to travel to Millstadt, IL, Belleville, IL & Centralia, IL as needed.5208 Meadowland Parkway Marion, IL 629597:30am-3:00pm CT, Monday-Friday, following a school calendarDirect Hire with our school: Return school year after school year (no annual contract)ResponsibilitiesWork directly with students who exhibit challenging behaviorsTravel to multiple school locations to support organization-wide initiatives Perform functional behavior assessments (FBA) for individual studentsCollaborate with the school team to develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans and oversee those interventions to ensure fidelityDevelop resources and materials to support individual student interventions and programmingTrain staff in the implementation of interventions and programmingDevelop data collection strategies to monitor student response to interventionAssist staff in collecting and analyzing dataParticipate in the development of student IEP's and in IEP meetingsCollect data and prepare a variety of reports to document assessment, interventions, and student progressQualificationsRequired to have Behavior Analyst licensure and BACB certificationExperience working as a behavior or autism specialist Ability to travelStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsStrong consultative and data analysis abilitiesCreative thinking skillsExcellent communication skillsCompensation & BenefitsIn accordance with the Pay Transparency amendment to the Illinois Equal Pay Act of 2003, information about pay ranges and employee benefits can be found at the following links:Compensation Information:refer to the "Clinical" section for this position's category.
