Job Description

A warm and busy family in Greenwich, CT is seeking a team of two full-time nannies to start immediately. The family has four children- two girls and two boys (ages 6, 4, 2, and almost 4 months). The nannies will work collaboratively to cover all daytime childcare needs. This is a highly team-oriented role requiring exceptional communication and partnership.This is a screen-free household. The children are active, engaged, and involved in a variety of activities and interests. The family values an approach centered on respect, emotional regulation, and clear, firm boundaries. The home is warm and informal in tone but places a high value on professionalism, reliability, and strong communication. The family also employs a full-time housekeeper.
