You'll be part of an incredible team available for consultation and support.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs the primary clinician for our Chamberlain location, you will manage a diverse caseload of approximately 30 clients. Your daily impact includes:Clinical Autonomy: Providing high-quality therapy to clients of all ages and socioeconomic backgrounds across a wide range of diagnoses.Comprehensive Care: Conducting mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.Collaborative Growth: Participating in weekly staff meetings and receiving regular supervision/consultation from our Clinical Director.Documentation: Maintaining timely and accurate clinical records.QualificationsMust hold a current license to practice in the state of South Dakota (LPC, LPC-MH, LCSW, or equivalent).Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the main office.Commitment to providing ethical, evidence-based care to a diverse rural population.Compensation Starting $28-35 DOE per hour
