We foster harmonious, successful environments at home, school, work, and within the community.Position OverviewThis seasonal Youth Enrichment Specialist role is ideal for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff who are off during spring break and summer break and want to continue making a positive impact on youth.As a Youth Enrichment Specialist, you will provide weekend care for youth ages 5–17 in residential and community-based settings. This role includes supporting treatment goals, promoting social development, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children from Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon.Primary ResponsibilitiesSeasonal work during school breaks (Spring Break and Summer Break)Shifts typically occur Monday–Thursday between 8:00am–8:00pm during active program weeksSaturday training required prior to the break periodEscort children on community-based outings, including educational, entertaining, and cultural activitiesSafely transport children in agency vehiclesCollaborate with youth on treatment plan objectives, psycho-social skills, and interpersonal developmentProvide care in a structured, therapeutic setting aligned with program goalsQualificationsMinimum age: 21 years oldAt least 1 year of experience working with youth and families in behavioral healthValid Arizona driver’s license with insurability under agency policyTwo negative skin TB tests or one negative blood TB testArizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtainCurrent CPR and First Aid CertificationProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookCompensationHourly Rate: $18/hourPowered by JazzHR
