Cornerstone of Fresh Meadows - Cornerstone Treatment Facility Network is a short-term, inpatient chemical dependency treatment program for adults. We are currently seeking senior counselors to work directly with patients at our inpatient program located in Fresh Meadows, Queens. Requirements:Must be CASAC II or higherMust be willing to become CPR-certified prior to employmentMust be experienced in group and individual counselingMust be computer literateExperience with electronic medical records is a plusBilingual preferred but not requiredJob Description (duties included but not limted to the following):Performs admission interviews and assementsConduct educational and group meetings with patientsAssist the Clinical Director in the overall function of the departmentAssists with admission, discharges and transfersDevelops patient continuing care plan and document patient discharge summaries in chartConduct/document: psychosocial assessments, diagnostic summaries, patient progress in treatment, discharge summaries in EcrEnsure all Ecr are up to expected standard from the admission process through the discharge processProvide ongoing training to staffEqual Opportunity Employer.Full Medical, Dental, and Vision for full time empoloyees.Life Insurance (Full-Time employees only)Optional Benefits: 401K, Aflac, onsite parking and free lunch daily.Salary Range: Between 60,000.00 and 65,000.00 Depending on Experience
