A specialty pharmacy is seeking Per Diem Pharmacists to provide essential pharmacy services across multiple sites on May 14th and May 15th. This role involves supporting both long-term care and retail pharmacy operations, ensuring patients receive expert medication management and care. Locations and Dates: Walker, MN - May 14 & 15 Sandstone, MN - May 14 & 15 Warroad, MN - May 14 & 15 Wells, MN - May 14 & 15 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Responsibilities: Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently Provide patient counseling and medication education Perform immunizations and administer vaccines where applicable Support long-term care pharmacy operations Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Qualifications and Desired Experience: PharmD preferred Immunization certification required CPR certification required Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse pharmacy settings This per diem opportunity offers pharmacists the chance to contribute their expertise in a community-centered pharmacy environment while working flexible days across various Minnesota locations.
