Title of Job: Pharmacist Location: Macon, GA CSI Companies is hiring a Pharmacist for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Macon, GA (near the intersection of Eisenhower Pkwy and Ivey Dr). Job Summary The Pharmacist is primarily responsible for supporting the pharmacy's operational goals by providing accurate drug screening, information, processing, and dispensing across multiple distribution systems. This role requires strong management skills and precision to ensure medications are delivered safely and efficiently to customers. Pay : $54 - 71 an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate). Hours: Full Time - Flexible, rotating schedule. Alternating weekly between day and evening shifts, including every other weekend. Day shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Evening shift: 3:00 p.m. - close (typically 11:30 p.m.-12:00 a.m.) Occasional mid-shifts (12:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.) may be required based on staffing needs. Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately Job Duties: Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient workflow, production goals, and deadlines are consistently met Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws, DEA requirements, and third-party payer regulations Lead and supervise pharmacy production staff, ensuring accuracy in order entry, workflow management, and timely deliveries Verify the accuracy and completeness of all new and refill prescriptions, drug packaging, and labeling Prepare and/or oversee the preparation of sterile IV drug products and solutions in accordance with quality standards Manage controlled substance processes, including ordering, receiving, documentation, storage, and perpetual inventory maintenance for Schedule II drugs Requirements Active GA Pharmacist license Bachelor's degree or higher Ability to pass a background check and drug test Highly Preferred Large corporation experience Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience WHO SHOULD APPLY?
