Four Seasons Nursing and Rehabilitation - Now Hiring: Infection Control Preventionist (RN) Four Seasons Nursing & Rehabilitation | Brooklyn, NY Full-Time | Immediate Opportunity Salary Range: $125,000 – $135,000 annually We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Infection Control Preventionist (RN) to lead and oversee the Infection Control Program at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY. This role is ideal for a confident nursing professional who values patient safety, regulatory excellence, and staff education. About the Role: As the Infection Control Preventionist, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring a safe, compliant, and sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will collaborate across departments, guide clinical teams, and help maintain the highest standards of infection prevention and resident care. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the facility’s Infection Control Program Develop, implement, and monitor infection control policies and procedures Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements Provide guidance and oversight related to resident care and infection prevention Educate, train, and orient staff across all shifts on infection control practices Monitor outcomes through audits, surveillance, and staff performance evaluations Collaborate with nursing leadership, interdisciplinary teams, and medical staff Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with MDS and medical record standards Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Qualifications: Active New York State RN License (required) BSN preferred Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting Acute care experience strongly preferred Previous long-term care management experience required Infection Control Preventionist Certification (preferred, not required) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to educate, mentor, and support staff effectively Why Join Us: Competitive salary: $125,000 – $135,000 Full-time, stable leadership role Supportive interdisciplinary team Opportunity to make a direct impact on resident safety and quality of care Professional environment focused on excellence and compliance If you are a motivated RN with a passion for infection prevention and leadership, we encourage you to apply today for immediate consideration.
