Four Seasons Nursing and Rehabilitation - Now Hiring: Infection Control Preventionist (RN) Four Seasons Nursing & Rehabilitation | Brooklyn, NY Full-Time | Immediate Opportunity Salary Range: $125,000 – $135,000 annually We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Infection Control Preventionist (RN) to lead and oversee the Infection Control Program at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY. This role is ideal for a confident nursing professional who values patient safety, regulatory excellence, and staff education. About the Role: As the Infection Control Preventionist, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring a safe, compliant, and sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will collaborate across departments, guide clinical teams, and help maintain the highest standards of infection prevention and resident care.
