You'll be at the forefront of patient care in a 26-bed emergency department with Level III Trauma Center designation, supporting over 36,000 ED visits annually and playing a vital role in shaping the future of emergency medicine pharmacy services. Your Role:As an Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacist, you will:Provide direct pharmaceutical care, including medication selection, dosing, monitoring, and educationLead development and implementation of ED-specific medication protocols and quality initiativesParticipate in emergency response such as code blue, trauma, stroke alerts, etc.Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents, contributing to clinical education and practiceCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes in urgent and emergent care scenariosParticipate on medical staff and hospital-wide committees to support patient safety and care excellenceBenefits Information: Salina Regional Health Center offers a wide variety of benefits to their employees.
