Job Summary:A radiologic technologist within clinic setting is responsible for operating x-ray equipment to obtain high quality diagnostic images of patients for medical evaluation. This role involves direct patient care, operating advanced imaging equipment, and collaborating closely with the healthcare team.Radiologic Technologist - Clinic Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.Associate Degree: Radiologic Technology.Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program.Arkansas Department of Health Radiologic Technologist License.Registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technologist. (ARRT).One-year experience as a Radiologic Technologist in clinical or hospital setting preferred.Experience operating DR x-ray equipment and imaging related software a plus. Experience using an electronic health record.Must be knowledgeable in, medical terminology, and possess generalized skills in medical imaging, general and other special procedures that are performed within the department. Strong patient care and communication skillsKnowledge of safety protocols and regulatory standards.
