The Wellness Ambassador is responsible for curating the patientexperience by providing personalized services such as offering drinks, recommending add-onsand hanging coats/jackets.Assists the doctor during treatments by performing basic patient assessments, such as takingvitals and recording medical history and removing needles and EMS pads after therapies.Perform Decompression therapy, EMS and ultrasound therapy (training provided); Monitorpatient progress and ensure a smooth flow between therapies.Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits as well as other office cleaning duties, ensuringcleanliness and organization.1. Patient Preparation and Room Setup:Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, stocked with necessary supplies, andequipment is ready for the planned session. Assist patients into position, ensuring their comfortand safety.1. Equipment Setup and Maintenance:Set up and adjust equipment as needed for each patient according to the prescribed treatmentplan. Follow established cleaning and maintenance protocols for all equipment to ensurehygiene and functionality.1. Assisting with Therapeutic Exercises and Modalities:Assist the chiropractor with the application of various therapeutic modalities as directed, suchas decompression, EMS and ultrasound therapy.1. Monitoring Patient Comfort and Safety:Continuously monitor patients during therapy sessions, paying close attention to their comfortlevels and any signs of discomfort or pain.1. Patient Education and Guidance:Educate patients about the benefits of their prescribed therapies and exercises, explaining therationale behind the treatment plan.1. Documentation of Patient Progress:Document each session accurately, including the type of therapy, patient response, and anymodifications to the treatment plan. Ensure all documentation adheres to clinic policies andHIPAA requirements.1. Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization:Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms, common areas, and equipmentstorage areas.1. Collaboration and Communication with the Team:Collaborate with the chiropractor and other team members, communicating any concerns orobservations regarding patient care.1. Addressing Patient Questions and Concerns:Listen attentively to patient questions and concerns, providing accurate and reassuringinformation within the scope of practice.1.
