An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support a school district in Lewisburg, PA, for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. The district is seeking four dedicated BCBAs to provide expert behavior support, supervision, and mentorship within the educational setting. This role offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours, with a standard schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, starting as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct behavior support and training to classroom teams to enhance student success. Supervise and mentor ABA apprentices, guiding them through both restricted and unrestricted hours required for BCBA certification. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) tailored to student needs. Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement effective behavior interventions and promote positive outcomes. Provide ongoing professional development and team support within district programs. Qualifications and Experience: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. Experience in educational settings preferred, with strong skills in FBAs, PBSP development, and behavior intervention. Demonstrated ability to mentor and supervise individuals pursuing BCBA certification. Flexible to work onsite, hybrid, or virtually to accommodate diverse working preferences.
