As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Virtus Health, you will have the opportunity to: * Model, Mentor and Inspire - Provide clinical leadership, mentorship and supervision to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians ensuring outstanding quality care. * Use Cutting Edge Technology including Central Reach - Create high quality customized individual treatment plans to achieve client short-term goals while maximizing long-term results. * Collaborate with Other Clinicians - Be part of a team of Clinicians who share your dedication, desire and common purpose of making a difference in the lives of the children we serve. * Grow Your Expertise as a Clinician - Receive on-going training and support including internal and external CEU opportunities. (Annual $1,200 CEU Stipend Provided).
