RAM Recruiting - Abingdon Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a strong Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support and partner with the Director of Nursing in leading clinical operations. This is a hands-on leadership role inside the building. The ADON will help drive compliance, oversee nursing staff, and ensure daily clinical systems are running efficiently. Ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to grow within a strong operation.
