Positions available include Optometric Technician/Medical Assistant, Front Desk Receptionist and Optician. We are looking for employees to work at our Northland locations! An Optometric Technician/Medical Assistant is responsible for providing support to ensure efficient operation of the optometric office. Technicians assist doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. A Front Desk Receptionist answers the phone, schedules appointments, files insurance, collects payments, and performs other administrative tasks. Good communication skills and a friendly disposition is a must! An optician helps patients purchase eyewear so they can see their world with clarity, comfort and style. An optician assists the patient with frame styling, offers recommendations on lens options, and takes measurements to ensure the eyeglass prescription performs perfectly.
