A retail pharmacy location is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead their team and oversee daily pharmacy operations. This full-time, direct hire position offers variable day and afternoon shifts and is available for an immediate start. Key Responsibilities: Foster a collaborative relationship with store operations, driving associate engagement and clearly communicating department and company strategies. Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance by performing thorough Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance in accordance with state and federal regulations. Manage department profitability and script growth by implementing clinical programs, such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Collaborate with the District Manager and pharmacy staff to control inventory, track sales, and order pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand. Align departmental goals with key performance metrics to promote effectiveness and efficiency within the pharmacy. Deliver excellent customer service through healthcare counseling and resolution of customer concerns. Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, including providing training, coaching, and performance management. Maintain security protocols within the pharmacy department. Communicate with physicians and utilize reference materials for prescription-related inquiries. Oversee pharmacy housekeeping, training, development, and task prioritization including cycle counts, inventory management, and customer will-calls. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree. Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License. Current Pennsylvania Immunization License. Strong leadership and communication skills. Commitment to regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
