A permanent, full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Manager at a retail pharmacy location in Sunbury, PA. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of pharmacy operations by collaborating with the store operations team and driving both associate engagement and pharmacy business growth. Key Responsibilities: Foster strong collaboration with the store team and communicate company strategy to pharmacy staff. Ensure prescription accuracy through Drug Utilization Review and final quality checks, adhering to all state and federal pharmacy regulations. Manage the pharmacy department to build profitability and grow prescription volume through clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Oversee inventory control, collaborating with the District Manager to optimize pharmaceutical stock levels and sales. Align departmental performance with key metrics to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing medical inquiries and providing healthcare counseling. Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, including coaching, training, and disciplinary actions. Maintain pharmacy security and cleanliness. Resolve customer concerns to build trust and loyalty. Engage with physicians and utilize reference materials to support prescription management. Prioritize and ensure completion of pharmacy tasks like cycle counts, inventory management, and will-call processing. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree. Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License. Current Pennsylvania Immunization License. Schedule: Variable day and afternoon shifts.
