Healthcare Regulatory Associate AttorneyWe are seeking an experienced Healthcare Regulatory Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our regulatory and transactional practice, you will play a critical role in advising clients on complex healthcare regulatory and transactional matters.Responsibilities:• Provide expert advice on federal and state regulatory matters related to corporate and transactional work involving institutional healthcare providers• Develop and implement effective regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations• Conduct thorough due diligence and analysis of regulatory risks and opportunities in healthcare transactions• Draft and review transactional documents, including agreements, contracts, and regulatory filings• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clientsRequirements:• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional legal matters• Substantive knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute• Experience handling Change of Ownership (CHOW) transactions and related regulatory filings• Familiarity with the OIG and CMS voluntary self-disclosure protocols• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentPreferred Qualifications:• Prior transactional experience, including conducting corporate and regulatory due diligence• Experience structuring transactions to comply with federal and state healthcare regulatory requirementsIf you are a motivated and experienced healthcare regulatory attorney looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
