T&M Associates is seeking a motivated Staff Engineer I to join our growing Water Market team in Philadelphia, Pa. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative consulting environment.In this role, you will support a variety of municipal water and wastewater projects, including treatment facilities, pumping stations, sewer system extensions, and waterline improvements. You will assist with WWTP upgrades, design development, permitting, and construction phase services for municipal clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the design of water and wastewater treatment projects.Support preparation of plans, calculations, reports, and construction documents.Participate in permitting and regulatory coordination.Conduct field visits, inspections, and data collection.Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality work.Key QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.0-3 years of experience (internship or co-op experience preferred).EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Eagerness to learn and grow within a team environment.T&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act.
