Below mentioned is the job description for your reference: Job Title: Philanthropy Associate (Contract) Location: Vancouver, WA (98664) Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Duration: 4-month contract (possible extension) Position Overview PeaceHealth is seeking a Philanthropy Associate to provide executive and administrative support to the PeaceHealth Foundations. This role assists with stewardship programs, fundraising coordination, donor engagement activities, and board support while ensuring effective communication with internal leadership and external stakeholders. The position plays a key role in supporting philanthropic initiatives, organizing events, coordinating board activities, and assisting with the caregiver campaign. Key Responsibilities Provide executive and administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence. Prepare meeting agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up reports for board and committee meetings. Support donor relations, stewardship programs, and recognition events. Coordinate foundation activities such as board retreats, donor events, and educational forums. Assist with caregiver campaign fundraising initiatives and related activities. Maintain donor databases, acknowledgement letters, and fund disbursement tracking. Draft communications, reports, and presentations. Interface with donors, foundations, corporations, and internal leadership. Coordinate patient rounding programs and support grateful patient initiatives while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Support planning and execution of board and donor cultivation events. Required Qualifications Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred). 3+ years of experience in a professional office environment with project coordination and administrative support. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or fundraising environments. Familiarity with Salesforce, SharePoint, Raiser's Edge, Microsoft Teams, or Visio. Experience working with donors, boards, or executive leadership. Work Environment Primarily office-based, onsite role. Sedentary work involving computer use and document preparation. Occasional travel within the PeaceHealth network may be required.
