American Traveler is hiring a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of IR experience for a 13-week assignment in Denver, CO.Job Details• Interventional Radiology unit at an acute care hospital in Denver, CO,• Day shift: 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM,• On-call requirement: 1 weekday and 1 weekend call per month,• Team of 3 techs on the unit,• Procedures include Y-90, line placements, complex biliary, biopsies, and vascular interventions - no neuro,• Siemens IR equipment,• EMR: Meditech,Job Requirements• Minimum 2 years of IR Tech experience required,• Vascular Interventional (VI) experience preferred,• Experience with Siemens IR equipment preferred,• Active ARRT certification and applicable state license required if applicable,• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted - no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start),• Must have 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in the role applied for,• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,• US SSN and DOB required for consideration - no exceptions,• One professional reference required (two required for Florida and Missouri candidates),Additional Information• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - no local candidates accepted,• Perform vascular and non-vascular IR procedures including Y-90 radioembolization, central line placements, complex biliary interventions, image-guided biopsies, and vascular studies,• Ideal candidate is accountable, positive, and team-oriented,• This is a winter travel assignment in Denver, CO with access to nearby mountains, skiing, and snowboarding
