Job Description

Position Summary: The Infusion Technician is responsible for effectively installing vacuums, feed lines and bagging material to prepare for the infusion process. Responsibilities/Duties: Install vacuums, feed lines and bagging material according to SOP. Load dry materials into the closed mold to prepare for infusion. Properly mix resins; following charts and scales for measurements. Carefully observe the infusion process to make sure there are no leaks or air holes. Conduct dropdown testing to gauge proper infusion levels according to SOP. Run and maintain the infusion pumps. Carefully debag molds for the next step in the building process. Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment while wearing all required PPE and following safety policy and hazardous material guidelines. Must practice good housekeeping by keeping work areas clean at all times.
