RESPONSIBLE FOR: Managing the delivery of school-age child care programs that focus on developmentally appropriate opportunities to enhance cognitive, emotional, physical, and social skills. QUALIFICATIONS: * Undergraduate Degree in Early Childhood Development or equivalent work experience. * Ability to influence the district and department's cultural environment, evaluate program practices, and implement improvements that help students benefit from the educational program. * Shows evidence of advanced computer technology and children's programming skills. * Articulates a clear educational and recreational program philosophy and sustainable implementation strategy. * Skills in behavioral management techniques substantiated by training/work experience.
