Peer Career Coaches (PCCs) will play a key role in educating their peers on job-search practices and ways to find various co-op/internship and full-time positions. PCCs are also vital to our mock interview program and outreach efforts.This posting has a planned start of August 2026, with interviews for the role taking place April/May 2026 depending on shared availability.Primary Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to:• Lead one-on-one appointments• Present to classrooms and fellow students on job search resources• Interview students and provide them with feedback and confidence about how to strengthen their interview• Teach others how to use job search tools• Provide LinkedIn profile reviews• Assist with event planning, office programming and management• Make a differenceDon't worry, we will provide training on all these tasks so you are prepared to meet the expectations of the position.Qualifications What we are looking for:• Commitment to helping others succeed• Desire to learn and teach others• Ability to demonstrate professionalism via attention to detail, responsive communication, and personal responsibility of own work• Authorized to work in the United States• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background checkTo be considered for this position, make sure to submit both a resume and a cover letter.
