The provider would accept unassigned patients and consult with the local provider on needs for C-section or sometimes transfer to a higher level of care. Call coverage is 24 hours typically starts at 1900.There are online educational requirements prior to starting. Meet with computer (CI) educator prior to start for EMR (CERNER). Meet/call with the nurse manager for unit orientation.
