Job DescriptionSchedule/Availability Requirements:Start Date: Looking for someone to start FT next year (6/16/25) for 6+ months Schedule: M-Th 7:00 AM-5:30PM with night call then 24hr remote call coverage Fri-SunSetting: Outpatient clinicFTE: 1.0 FTEDuties: All aspects of Diagnosis, Staging, Precision Medicine, symptom management, and Treatment of Hematology/ Oncology Patients. MD oversight for both the Oncology/Hematology clinic and Infusion Services. Infusion Center requires MD onsite for all treatments. Infusion Center provides Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, Blood/Platelet transfusions, Hormone therapy, Antibiotic Therapy, Rheumatoid Arthritis injections, and Therapeutic Phlebotomies. Required Procedures: N/A. Bone Marrow Biopsies are referred to outside providerEMR: iKnowmed (Clinic) and Cerner (Infusion)Support Staff: 1- clinic RN, 2-MAs, 2-front office clerks, 1-quality analyst/billing, and 3 infusions RNs. Reason for Coverage: Locums one year is up Credentialing Information:Timeframe: 30-60 days Submission RequirementsBoard Certification - Oncology AND Hematology preferred. Will consider Board Eligible. CAN accept providers boarded in Oncology OR Hematology.CA State License - REQUIREDMedical Oncology Fellowship -REQUIREDCA DEA, BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED during credentialing Malpractice - Clean PreferredMust have FULL TIME availability - REQUIRED (List at time of name clear) If not available for FT for 6 months they will be redirected.Certification RequirementsACLSBLSBoard CertifiedDEAState License RequirementsCalifornia
