An opportunity is available for an experienced MRI Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced level 1 trauma hospital setting. This 12-week contract position requires a skilled professional who is proficient in MRI procedures and can handle the demands of night shifts effectively. Responsibilities: Perform MRI scans with precision and adherence to safety protocols Operate MRI equipment, including Siemens 1.5T or 3T and Philips systems, if experienced Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure accurate imaging and patient care Maintain patient records and imaging documentation Troubleshoot minor technical issues and ensure equipment is properly maintained Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification is required Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a level 1 trauma hospital environment Preferred experience with Siemens 1.5T or 3T (Aera/Sola/Skyra/Vida) and Philips MRI machines Strong understanding of MRI safety standards and procedures Ability to work independently during night shifts Schedule: Monday to Friday Five 8-hour shifts, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM Location: Position is located in Pittston, Pennsylvania, a charming city nestled in the northeastern part of the state.
