You'll handle pre-exam workups, patient history, and diagnostic testing-playing a key role in patient care and supporting our physicians in diagnosing and treating eye conditions.What You'll DoPerform vision testing: distance/near acuity, peripheral vision, depth & color perceptionApply anesthetic, dilating, and medicated dropsCollect/process specimensTriage urgent cases and maintain clinic flowPrep rooms and assist physicians during proceduresPerform basic equipment maintenanceFollow infection-control and confidentiality standardsWhat You'll NeedAbility to work across all specialties and perform all ancillary tasksMinimum 2 years refracting experienceExcellent verbal and written communicationPatient-focused, outgoing, and service-orientedCalm, dependable problem-solverPositive attitude; strong team playerFlexible and comfortable with changeOcular pharmacology knowledge is a plus, not requiredAbility to stand/walk frequently and lift up to 10 lbsWho We AreWe're a leading eye-care organization with nearly 1,400 employees, 50+ clinics, 5 surgery centers, and 110+ providers, offering comprehensive ocular, oculoplastic, and retinal care from childhood through adulthood.
