(if applicable)As a Mental Edge Counseling TSF Outpatient Clinician, you will be responsible for: Essential functions are fundamental, core functions common to all positions in this category.The essential job functions are as follows:Providing on-going clinical assessment and treatment for children and families.Working with adolescents that has been diagnosed with sleep disorders, ADHD, behavioral challenges, learning disabilities, addiction and moreSecuring and maintaining confidential documents, filing client care plans, as well as maintaining weekly and monthly progress notesImplementing psychological interventions and techniques (behavior management social learning, conflict-de-escalation and attachment-focused)Develop and monitor client's treatment planMaintain and document accurate case notes and changes in treatment plansIntervene in crisis in order to de-escalate the situationMeeting with a licensed supervisor for weekly supervisionMental Edge Counseling, LLC prides ourselves in our ability to create a supportive and rewarding atmosphere for both our clinicians and clients.
