If so, join ChristianaCare as a Community Health Program Supervisor.The supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day functioning and coordination of the Mobile Primary Care Van service. This includes supporting clinical providers, clinical duties as assigned, program development, operations, and evaluation; working closely with internal and external partners to facilitate successful program delivery; assuring data is collected required, and that Community Medicine goals are met.The candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience in community program administration and leadership, along with a proven record of partnering with community and government agencies. In addition, the candidate should have experience leading a team either directly or indirectly.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.A graduate of a recognized Medical Office Assistant Program or Hold current Medical Assistant Certification by a national organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)Two years' experience in program administration, program leadership or coordination, etc. requiredPublic speaking, group facilitation and excellent writing skills requiredExperience in public health preferredSpecial requirements:Access to personal vehicle.
