This role offers a unique opportunity to support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs through expert psychological services, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and the development of impactful intervention plans.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.Develop and oversee psychological service protocols and interventions.Provide crisis intervention support in collaboration with county mental health agencies.Monitor psychotherapeutic services and ensure quality care for clients.Consult with case management, clinical teams, and community partners.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to plan and evaluate services.Assist with intake and eligibility reviews, including fair hearings.Train and mentor staff and community service providers.Required QualificationsDoctorate in Psychology and active California Psychologist License.Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilitiesExperience conducting psychological evaluation and assessments, including competency evaluations.Preferred QualificationsTraining and/or experience in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) highly desiredWhy Join Us?Everyone deserves a meaningful life, and our team members are at the heart of that mission.
